I've spent over eight years at the intersection of sports nutrition, mindset coaching, and real-life recovery. My journey started on the ice — as a competitive figure skater myself, I experienced firsthand how the wrong nutrition advice can derail performance, cause injury, and damage your relationship with food.
After earning my credentials and working with elite athletes, I realized there was a massive gap: skaters needed sport-specific guidance, and everyday people making comebacks needed compassionate, flexible support — not one-size-fits-all diet plans.
